How do I make a booking?
Simply email me or contact me on 0413 801 543 to arrange a booking. I enjoy covering grassroots community sport as much as bigger events, don't feel like your event is too small or unimportant to deserve professional photos. I'm always keen to shoot at less mainstream sports as well.

How much will it cost?
I do not publish a set pricing structure because realistically no two events are the same and customers have varying requirements. Some events may not attract any cost to the club/association as my expenses are covered by the sale of prints. Please use my details above to contact me about your requirements.

Can you provide a working with children certificate?

Do you only do sports photography?
No. If you have other needs please contact me to discuss. I won't go outside my limitations and provide a poor product. If I can't do what you are asking, chances are I can put you in touch with a photographer that can.

Customer service and quality
I pride myself on personalised service and quality photos that impress every time you look at them. I'm more than happy to provide samples of my work. I'm a people person, and jump at opportunities to meet customers and teams before doing a shoot. Training sessions are great times for me to get to know you, clarify what you want in person and show you what I can deliver without taking up too much of everyone's precious time.

I bought a print off a sports photographer and it faded!
All my shots are developed at a professional laboratory. My computer is colour calibrated to the lab who only use professional photo media from Kodak or Fuji. I do not sell inkjet prints from consumer printers!


How long after an event will photos be available on your website?
Photos are normally available within 24 hours with the exception of extremely large events. Arrangements can be made to have photographs available sooner however additional fees may be incurred for expediting this process.

When do I get my 'digital download'? Do I have to wait for you to send it?
If you pay by credit card you will receive your digital download immediately. It is important that you ensure your email address is correct. You will be emailed a link to your online order. Within this link you will find download buttons for your ordered images. If you pay by direct deposit you will have to wait until I receive the payment before the download link becomes available. You will receive an email when I have received your payment.

Are you able to sell onsite?
I am happy to take orders onsite at major events only as this requires me to bring an assistant to process photos while I continue shooting.

If clubs/associations would like me to offer onsite sales for regular home games/events I will:
1. Attend a home game day, shooting all the clubs teams.
2. Return on the following home game day with prints for sale.
3. Photos are still available via the web for enlargements/multiple quantities.
The above process has proved very popular with many clubs.

I do not print on site as I do not believe an ink jet print offers value for money to the customer, and neither ink nor paper is of the archival quality of a professional laboratory print.

Why choose you?
Well as far as photography goes I've been shooting since I did multi-media back in Year 10! I've had shots feature in Rugby League Week, the Newcastle Herald, smaller local newspapers and an assortment of year books and websites. Not to mention shots hanging on the walls of very happy customers!

I've been involved in Surf Life Saving for over ten years. I play soccer as well. My involvement in Surf Life Saving included a few volunteer positions such as Club Captain and Chief Instructor. I know what it's like to try and get things done in community sport and that makes me easy to deal with. I'm down to earth, and I don't charge the moon for my services.

How long until I receive my prints?
Under normal circumstances photos will be printed the next business day, you should receive your prints within 3-5 business days of placing an order. If I ever go on holidays or delays are expected, I will post these in advance on the website home page.

What if my prints get damaged in the post?
To date I have had no prints damaged in the post! Prints are sent using sturdy carboard envelopes that are difficult to bend. Large prints will be sent via a tube. If your prints are damaged in transit please contact me and I will arrange replacements.

Can you take credit card payments over the telephone?
Not just yet, but real soon. I'll update this ASAP!

What if I'm not happy with my prints?
I offer a quality guarantee. If you are not happy with your prints you may return them for a full refund or I will do my best to solve the problem (ie. if the prints are too dark or light). I do not give refunds for digital downloads.

Will the pictures I select stay in my shopping cart?
Yes. Your pictures will stay in your shopping cart until you either place the order or delete them yourself. To keep the site running at optimum speed older galleries are deleted after about six months, please bear this in mind as it then becomes very difficult to track down photos for you to purchase.

Why do I have to register to add images to my shopping cart?
By registering an account, you are able to keep items in your shopping cart for a long period of time. Additionally, you will be able to view your orders and private galleries (if available) by having an account. It does not cost anything to register for an account. I will not provide your information to a third party and you will not receive SPAM by registering with this website.

I have been sent access information for a gallery, what do I do?
Click the Access Gallery link. Enter in the access code on that page. If correct, you will be able to view the gallery. If you have an account and are logged in, then you will only have to do this once and this gallery will be listing in My Pictures.
